The problem with root veg

Despite all of our progress with bringing in more sustainable practices on the farm, rainy weather is still causing us issues – runoff and erosion from some fields is exacerbated by bare and loose soils left after harvest of root crops. Here’s why it’s a problem and what we’re doing to prevent more runoff and soil erosion in future.
