We are a small team, but from time to time we have opportunities to join our team, either for paid work or on voluntary basis. We know we’re biased, but we think the views are pretty spectacular. An outlook onto Brancaster Staithe Harbour, and a mix of cropping, woodland and environmental stewardship.

Farm Manager

We are at a point in our farming journey where we would like to appoint an additional member of our team as working Farm Manager. From 2026 we will be expanding our cropped area; and therefore need greater focus and attention to detail on our organic land.

This will be a hands-on role, managing the farming activity and farm assets in line with Deepdale Farm’s mission and goals. This includes the planning and operational work involved in growing, processing and selling of crops. Compliance with applicable government schemes, as well as external certifications including our organic status. All whilst supporting biodiversity and soil health.
