LOCATION: The property is set back from the main Coast
road amongst the Deepdale Farm buildings, almost opposite the village Church, and
next door to other shops, a cafe, supermarket, fuel station and tourism
facilities of Deepdale Farm.
Burnham Deepdale is a small, sought-after village on the North Norfolk Coast,
within an area of outstanding natural beauty. There is easy
access to the famed sailing harbour, creeks and marshes, at the neighbouring
village of Brancaster Staithe, and the well known Championship Golf Course, and
a sandy beach are at Brancaster, (2 miles). Further sailing facilities are
offered in Burnham Overy Staithe (3 miles). Shopping, sporting educational, &
leisure facilities are available in Wells, (8 miles), and Hunstanton, (9 miles).
SERVICES: Mains electricity is
connected to the property. Recycling and rubbish facilities are
also provided onsite. Recycling and rubbish are maintained by Deepdale
Farms and form part of the service charge.

We are developing a new hostel in the centre of Norwich,
Norfolk and are looking for tenants to lease the business or possibly managers
to run it.
We have bought the old Ferry Boat Inn on King St in the centre
of the city and are now drawing up plans to develop the site. Then we'll kit it out and open it to the public. Unlike
Deepdale, we don't plan to run the new hostel before leasing it out.
Therefore we are looking for tenants to take on the property before the
development is complete and then open it to the public. Alternatively we
might consider taking on managers to run the hostel, however they would be
expected to buy into the business within three years.
We are also looking for tenants to run the cafe, cycle hire,
canoe hire and real ale shop/bar. None of these businesses have names yet,
that would be for the tenants to decide, so we've just referred to them as
Norwich Backpackers cafe etc.
